Towards the end of last year, we announced a mouth-watering and extremely exciting collaboration that united the iconic denim clothing brand Wrangler and the analogue experimentalists at Lomography. We opened the doors to this seriously awesome competition and the response was staggering. Thousands and thousands of you submitted your best shots to three amazing photo rumbles:

  
 

Take your inspiration from motor racing, get fast and furious with your photography; burning rubber, streaming lights and motion blurs.

 

Be a wandering spirit - self-expression is key, make it personal. Images need the lived-in look, self-expression etched into a garment as wisdom lines a face. Take a picture that has character, yours. Be the wandering spirit.

  Burnt tones, dirty washes. Each picture, an object of strength: robust, warm, reliable and ready for action, just like Wrangler jeans.  
 

Congratulations to our very own ‘tomasfrid’ – Lomographer extraordinaire and the winner of the Wrangler Grand Prize. His vignetted, worn-out shot of this vintage motorbike with its strangely beautiful color shifts perfectly captured the ‘Working Heroes’ aesthetic. Burnt tones, an object of strength: robust, warm and ready for action. It has it all.
He’s won an all-expenses paid to the nearest Wrangler showroom – to be completely kitted out in some awesome Wrangler gear! But that’s not all – he’s also about to become the proud owner of a Spinner 360°, an LC-A+ and a Limited Edition Wrangler Diana+.

We’re proud to announce our three worthy 1st Runners up. Lomographers ‘frauspatzi’, ‘anarchy’ and ‘jaded-amore’ were judged to have submitted shots that perfectly represented each of three photo rumble themes! We’re extremely proud of them and they’ll each be shortly receiving one of these incredible packages filled with Wrangler and Lomography goodies.
