The London Olympics is less than 2 years off. All over the UK people are toning, honing and groaning; dreaming dreams of representing the country in 2012. Press your shutter up and down as many times as you can in 30 seconds. Rest. Then repeat. After a few weeks of solid training your shutter finger strength will have doubled compared to other finger-based sports such as darts and archery. Tailor this exercise to your own capabilities but for this routine we recommend two cameras. Lie on your back, either on the ground, or ideally on a bench with your feet on the ground. Then, holding a camera firmly in each hand extend from the chest, until arms fully extended, hold, then return the cameras to just above your chest. Repeat in sets of 20 reps.
